  • Obtain and/or retain the skills and/or credentials as appropriate.
  • Work with others in Foundry Operations and with maintenance staff to ensure equipment used to produce and heat treat castings is calibrate and in optimum state.
  • Interface with other Operations staff and other departments to carry out plant-wide projects.
  • Perform root cause analysis of foundry related defects to reduce incidence and to improve casting quality.

This administrative and technical position resides in the Foundry Operations and plays an integral role in maintaining and advancing the technical capabilities of Columbia Steel.
